Eligibility & Requirements
🎓 Librarian Officer Qualification: Master’s Degree in Library Science or Information Science from a recognized university/institute.
💻 Technical Skill: Mandatory Diploma in Computer Applications from a recognized institution.
💼 Experience Matrix: Officers holding analogous posts on regular basis or with 5 years regular service in posts in Level-10 or 7 years regular service in Level-8 in the parent cadre or department.
