Eligibility Criteria
**Educational Asset Scale:** Candidates applying must hold a first-class regular Master’s Degree in Library Science or Library & Information Science (M.Lib.Sc / MLISc) from a recognized statutory university setup.
**Professional Assets:** Minimum 3 years of post-qualification structural experience inside an academic or research library system is required. Preference parameters are heavily aligned toward candidates holding operational background inside IIMs, IITs, NITs or Institutions of National Importance. Robust functional understanding of open-source automation platforms (Koha/DSpace), RFID arrays, electronic resource database monitoring and cataloging systems is mandatory.
**Age Matrix Limits:** The candidate should be less than 36 years of age as on April 01, 2026.
