Eligibility Criteria
**Professional Cadre Profile:** Officers under the Central/State Governments, Union Territories, Recognized Research Institutions, Universities, or Autonomous Organizations holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre are eligible.
**Educational Qualifications:** Must possess a regular Master's Degree in Library Science or Library & Information Science (M.Lib.Sc / MLISc) from a recognized statutory university setup with a minimum of 2-3 years of structural administrative experience in an art or academic reference library. Strong tracking familiarity with computer applications and digital metadata indexing systems is required. Age ceiling parameters align with central rules (max 56 years on closing date).
