Eligibility Criteria & Application Procedure
Qualifications (UGC / MoE Norms):
1. Master’s Degree in Library Science / Information Science / Documentation Science with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a point-scale.
2. At least ten years of experience as a Librarian at any level in a University Library or ten years of teaching as Assistant/Associate Professor in Library Science or ten years' experience as a College Librarian.
3. Evidence of innovative library services, including integration of digital ICT systems.
4. A Ph.D. Degree in Library Science / Information Science / Documentation / Archives and Manuscript-keeping.
Application Submission: Candidates must download and fill the prescribed MS Word application format, prepare self-attested copies of credentials, and submit the online application via the official Google Form portal on or before 07.10.2026 (11:59 PM).
