Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

Role Overview: The Library Engagement Manager will develop and maintain DOAJ's relationships with libraries and library consortia internationally to secure sustainable open infrastructure investment. Key focus areas include supporter relationship management, outreach, advocacy, and representing DOAJ in academic library and open access forums.

Requirements: Relevant professional experience working in or with academic/research libraries, scholarly communications, or open access infrastructure. Proven ability to build international professional networks, strong communication and presentation skills in English, and comfort working independently within a global, fully remote team.
